* Support new clients through a simple onboarding path and early milestones.


* Use practical tools (CRM, Zoom, Calendly) to track and follow through consistently.


* Join concise, value-packed trainings to sharpen your craft without busywork.

* 5+ years in business leadership, consulting, marketing, sales, coaching or client-facing roles (or equivalent ownership mindset).


* Excellent communicator with calm confidence, strong follow-up, and emotional intelligence.
