Contracts Specialist

Your Job

The Koch Supplier Strategies team is looking for a Contracts Specialist to support our Koch companies with contract negotiations in the technology category.

In this role, you will lead the negotiation of agreements, and manage contracts with key IT and HR suppliers for Koch Inc.

Our Team

Our team serves the family of Koch companies with supplier strategy, contracts and deal negotiations primarily in the technology category.

Acting as an extension of our customers' teams, we use a framework-driven approach to understand their needs and deliver timely, profitable results.

What You Will Do



* Lead negotiations on contract terms and payment structures with other parties, addressing potential disputes and mitigating risks


* Develop trusted supplier and client relationships


* Apply sound economic thinking to the achievement of goals and objectives


* Apply best practices to contract negotiations


* Engage subject-matter experts' input in a timely manner as part of the contract negotiations


* Analyze and redline contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities
