We are looking for Packaging Engineer (Pathumthani Mill) to join our team in Thailand.

Job Accountabilities:



* Oversees and supports daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.


* Leads process improvement initiatives, supports new product development (NPD), and manages trial runs to enhance operational performance.


* Collaborates with and develops supplier capabilities to meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.


* Provides support to customer service teams during product launches and addressing customer feedback to drive satisfaction and continuous improvement.
