Head of Global Medical Response

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced operations leader to oversee our Global Operations Centers across key regions.

This role ensures seamless 24/7 coordination of medical support services, drives team performance, and upholds the highest standards of operational excellence and client service.

What You Will Work on

Leadership & Strategy


* Lead regional teams (Operations Managers, Specialists, Coordinators) across multiple time zones.


* Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational performance.


* Collaborate globally to maintain seamless 24/7 coverage and support.

Medical Support Operations


* Oversee complex case coordination, including escalations and logistical planning.


* Provide guidance on travel risk assessments and contingency strategies.


* Act as a subject matter expert in operational protocols and client support.

Team Development


* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance of operations staff.


* Foster a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative team culture.

Quality & Compliance


* Ensure adherence to SOPs, data protection, and service quality standards.


* Review and approve external communications and operational reports.

Operational Oversight


* Manage regional platforms, technology, and staffing rosters.


* Drive cost-effective solutions and continuous process improvement.


* Support emergency coverage and on-call duties as needed.

Client & Commercial Engagement


* Represent Operations in client meetings and internal forums.


* Partner with commercial teams to support client relationships and growth.

Global Leadership


* Contribute to strategic initiatives and global leadership projects.


* Support audits and lead on critical incident (CAT) escalations.

What You Will Bring



* 10+ years of experience, including 5+ in operations center or service delivery leadership.


* Proven team management and crisis response expertise.


* Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.


* Tech-savvy with experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.


* Bachelor's degree required; multilingual skills a plus.
