Senior Key Account Manager

Job responsibilities:


* Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the target segments (Public utilities and Transportations) to drive sales and market shares growth


* Manage key accounts through in-depth knowledge of their business plan, operations, and investment projects


* Network with key influencers, decision makers and senior executives; Build up trust and strong relationship intimacy


* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Project Execution and Service teams for successful solution development and project delivery, to upkeep customer satisfaction


* Support various sales teams of different business units for their sales activities.


* Maintain relevant records of key accounts organisation charts and contact information.

Report opportunity pipelines with status updates

Qualifications

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines


* Preferably with 10 years or above of working experience in sales and/or key account management


* Proven track record in developing and managing sales and key/global accounts


* Build and maintain sustainable and strategic relationships with key customers through C-level /key decision makers engagement


* Related product knowledge and good understanding of client network, existing account relationships preferred


* Excellent communication and influencing skills with strong business acumen


* Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
