* A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.


* Fluency with 3D CAD modeling software


* Working knowledge of standard tool room equipment a plus


* Sound understanding of engineering drafting principles.


* Good verbal communication skills.


* Basic knowledge of material properties, as related to die design.


* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.


* Ability to effectively work/communicate as part of a project team.


* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and activities.


* Highly detailed and organized.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

person status.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution in the following disciplines preferred: Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology.


* A minimum of 3 years tooling design and fabrication experience.


* Experience in the design of turbine/airfoil molds and dies a plus


* Experience in designing tooling to support a manufacturing environment


* Experience with blueprint reading and GD&T.


* Experience with structured light inspection and programming.
