* Associate or higher degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical fields.


* 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling within a manufacturing or industrial environment.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Technical certifications or trades training (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) a plus.


* 5 years' experience in maintenance planning/scheduling within a manufacturing or industrial environment.


* Proficiency with CMMS systems (e.g.

MP2, eMaint, Infor EAM).


* Experience with lean manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) principles is desirable.


* Proficiency with SharePoint, Power Automate, Teams and other Microsoft 365 apps.


* Strong knowledge in maintenance practices, industrial equipment, and parts management.


* Ability to interpret drawings from all engineering disciplines, codes, and similar materials.


* Basic knowledge and understanding of industrial mechanical and electrical systems.


* Ability to effectively communicate ideas to peers and senior staff.


* Proficiency with Office 365.
