What You Will Do


* Conduct run-time studies and optimize build processes to increase shop floor capacity


* Standardize and update operating procedures (SOPs)


* Support engineering changes, including documentation updates and vendor transitions


* Develop and implement workflow optimizations and fixturing solutions


* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new products


* Communicate effectively with production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and align priorities.


* Track and report on process improvements, cost savings, and project milestones


* Support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce non-conformance risks


* Train new technicians or operators on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment usage.


* Ensure adherence to safety regulations and participate in audits or risk assessments.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Associate's degree or equivalent in a related technical field (manufacturing, engineering technology, etc.)


* Experience with manufacturing processes, process documentation, and basic engineering principles

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field


* Experience with ERP systems, lean manufacturing tools, and CAD platforms (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).


* Demonstrated success in workflow optimization, fixturing, or process improvement projects
