The Brand Deployment Specialist is responsible for the support, collaboration, and coordination of finished good movement at K-C production sites, contract manufacturers, and distribution centers to support business objectives and business plans. The specialist is expected to lead and/or participate in various projects which support achieving team objectives.
This includes owning deployment management system metrics, Sales and Operation Execution (S&OE) meetings, and partnering with distribution operations on network constraints.
In this role, you will:
* Create strategic inventory moves for the supply chain and acts as liaison between Deployment, Planning, Distribution, Customer Service and Transportation
* Lead Deployment Sales and Operation Execution (S&OE) meetings and process improvement plans.
* Own Deployment Management System metrics and improvement.
* Coordinate strategic inventory moves that support the needs of various brand projects, while achieving outbound objectives at the lowest cost.
* Coordinate inventory moves to support business plans and minimize obsolescence in collaboration with operations, distribution, planning and transportation.
* Work with Planners to coordinate their schedules and establish priorities when required to prevent supply constraints, network constraints, or customer service.
Ensure cross-functional resources will support business plan.
* Actively participate in problem solving and process improvement with production site, staff and vendor teams.
Expected to lead and/or participate in various projects which support achieving both production site and staff objectives.
* Provide informal direction to Deployment Analyst
