The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance.

Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package.

Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.

The Solutions Architect ERP is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions within ERP systems to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices in the ERP domain.

Job Responsibilities

* This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures.

This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.



* Perform other duties as assigned.



* Business/System Analysis, Solution Design & System Architecture



* Sets overall architecture in alignment with management for ERP applications.



* Capture, analyze, validate, consolidate, communicate and document the needs and expectations of customers for new IT solutions or enhancements.



* Translate business requirements, identify and specify functional and non-functional requirements for the new solution or for the enhancement.



* Lead the analysis of the overall interrelationships of the new software solution including processes, structures, data and user interfaces.



* Support the modelling of business processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.



* Prepare solution proposals based on these functional and non-functional requirements and collaborate in the creation of the business case documents.



* Prepare evaluations and presentations of alternative solutions considering strategic, technological and financial aspects.



* Document scope and create system specifications.



* Participate in system design reviews to ensure demand-driven and business-related system designs.
