HSE Coordinator

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a HSE Coordinator for their client's project in Harjavalta, Finland.

Estimated project duration is 6 months.

Tasks and Responsibilities:


* Reviewing and revising safety guidelines


* Ensuring compliance with safety documents from the planning phase onwards


* Participating in investment meetings and contributing to preparations


* Conducting daily site rounds and reporting observations during annual maintenance


* Participating in weekly safety meetings


* Assessing whether the overall safety level meets all requirements

Requirements:


* Relevant education for the position


* 10 years of experience in similar roles on construction sites and projects


* VNa 205 certification


* Strong oral and written communication skills


* Excellent problem-solving skills


* Proactive attitude toward safety and its improvement on-site


* Good teamwork skills


* Proficiency in both Finnish and English languages
