Location/Region: This position is located in Dublin, CA.

What’s the role?

The Service Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the Service Sales/Marketing manager and department, generates department service order reports and graphs, coordinating and tracking customer survey results; maintains department records (i.e.training), and requires thorough knowledge of department operations, practices, and procedures.

Handles details of a confidential and critical nature.

Here’s what you’ll do:


* Support Service Sales/Marketing Management with general administrative tasks as needed to support the department, including generating reports, compile customer surveys data, generating marketing promotional data; streamline and automatic data collection for service reports and marketing programs.


* Administer and report on service contract sales contest


* Manage the Omega Customer Survey process


* Generate reports and graphs pertaining to department; answering phone lines and taking messages, as


* needed; generating and distributing memos and faxes to department personnel; ordering office supplies


* for the department.

Distribute reports, faxes and various department documents.

Assist in coordinating


* special projects.


* Assist with the completion and distribution of forecasts, sales analyses, customer satisfaction survey


* results and other department projects.


* Maintain department training records, database, and files.


* Perform other tasks within department as required

Do you qualify?


* 3+ years’ experience in sales/marketing department, AA degree, preferred


* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

LotusNotes experience is a plus.


* Extensive telephone contact required


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak, read and write English fluently.


* Solid organizational skills and ability to follow through; attention to detail.
