Transport & Customs Specialist (1 year contract)

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Transport & Customs Specialist (1 year contract) for our Apodaca,NL location.


* The Transportation Specialist will efficiently manage and execute the end-to-end transportation flow for drop-shipment.


* Define and maintain the processes and SOP for the effective execution of this flow.


* Measure and analyze transportation performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions.


* Manage projects to design and optimize transportation solutions integrating customs constraints.


* Executes transport operation in the plant for inbound and outbound working with the internal and external users.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's Degree in related fields


* 2 years similar positions experience required


* Import / Export Knowledge


* Proficiency in Excel



* Capacity for problems analysis and synthesis


* Intercultural skills, team spirit, result oriented


* Initiative


* Leadership


* High capacity for communication


* Advanced English
