We're seeking a collaborative, team-focused Software Developer for our tactical development team, ensuring new COCC clients a successful transition into our banking software.

This developer will support the conversions process with coding, writing scripts and troubleshooting while focusing on efficiency projects.

What you’ll do…


* Designs and codes solutions for conversions, special requests, enhancements and defects


* Reviews inputs, processes, and outputs


* Codes needed changes and/or corrections and updates code library and unit tests all code changes


* Develops operator instructions where necessary


* May provide support for off-hours production issues


* Assists in testing functionality, researches problems discovered and works on possible follow-up unit testing

What you’ll bring…


* Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.


* 2-3 years programming in a comparable work environment


* Experience with PL/SQL


* Experience with Oracle Financials


* Knowledge of several high-level programming languages including C#, Java and Python


* Knowledge of OO Concepts, Relational Database and Data Management concepts


* Strong communication skills both verbally and written, and the ability to collaborate and communicate across teams and levels of the organization
