Sales Director, Strategic Sales Team
Are you a bold, driven sales leader ready to make a national impact? Verity Solutions is seeking ahigh-energy Sales Directorto spearhead growth in the 340B market.
This role is ideal for a proactive strategist who thrives on building relationships, exceeding goals, and leading with purpose.
You'll be at the forefront of expanding our footprint with large DSH facilities and national IDNs, driving innovation and delivering measurable results.
This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Accelerate growthby expanding Verity's strategic customer base and driving adoption of our solutions.
* Lead with influence-cultivate high-value relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders.
* Own the sales cycle-from prospecting to closing, with full accountability for performance.
* Ignite engagementthrough targeted campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
* Champion collaboration-partner with inside sales, marketing, and leadership to execute winning strategies.
* Be a brand ambassador-represent Verity with passion and professionalism across all channels.
* Drive innovation-leverage Salesforce and data analytics to optimize performance and decision-making.
* Collaborate - Work with inside sales to prospect and engage with new leads through targeted email campaigns.
* Lead the Verity's response team for RFP's that result from your target named accounts.
* Represent Verity Solutions at industry events and conferences.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
* 340B knowledge and experience required
* BA or BS or equivalent experience.
* Proven success inhigh-impact sales roles(5+ years), ideally in healthcare or 340B.
* Astrategic mindsetwith a track record of exceeding quotas and driving business growth.
* Strong presentation skills with articulate, clear messaging.
* Experience and comfort level in communicating with VP Level and C-Level contacts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Strong MS Office Experience.
* Strong experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
* Ability to compile, analyze and report on commons sales metrics.
* Detail oriented and organized.
* Demonstrable strategic business decision-making experience.
* Experience working in a goal oriented, delivery focused, and dynamic environment.
* Aself-starter attitude-organized, analytical, and always looking for the next opportunity.
