As a Product Manager in Customer Onboarding Fraud Risk, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

Job responsibilities



* Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Manage key stakeholder relationships critical to supporting the product vision, strategy, objectives, discovery and delivery of program initiatives.


* Empower self and team to solve customer problems in ways that our customers love, and works for the business.


* Focus on outcomes not output and use data & metrics to measure success.


* Ensure commitment for dependencies across products both internal and external.


* Analyze, evaluate, and overcome product challenges, and provide transparency to stakeholders


* Adhere to JIRA standards including supporting documentation -maintain evergreen documentation for both current state as well as historic audit documentation


* Support quarterly increment planning with agility leads across all impacted parties


* Solicit constant feedback for continuous personal and product growth

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 5+ years of product management or relevant experience


* Experience with risk management and fraud prevention tools


* Self-motivated with a high degree of independence, has a bias towards action, and willing to roll up their sleeves to ensure projects are tracking towards success
