As a Manager, Procurement, you'll lead a team supporting our Procure-to-Pay systems, drive compliance with preferred suppliers, and champion automation and process improvement across the business.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Supervise a team of offshore procurement analysts and a US based team member to ensure transactional activities are being complete in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage the daily operations, issues, and continuous improvement of the Procurement module in Oracle Fusion
* Identify transformation opportunities within procurement to drive greater compliance with preferred suppliers such as leading catalog integrations and automating manual transactional activities
* Interface with GXO's supplier base to solve service and invoicing issues to keep sites running effectively
* Liaise with employees across the US & CA to help them understand purchasing policies and processes as well as address general questions
* Oversee the delivery of monthly purchasing compliance reporting for the VP of AMAPAC Procurement
* Participate and provide appropriate expertise in cross-functional projects at GXO
At a minimum, you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business management, or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
* 5 years of combined experience in a Procure-to-Pay role
* Experience working at a third-party logistics provider
* Solid experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Access)
It'd be great if you also have:
* Availability to travel 5-10% of the time
* Proficiency with Oracle Fusion
* Self-motivated work style; experience working well with minimal direct supervision or in a team environment; comfortable consulting with team members and management as needed
* Solid interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
