Customer Experience Development Specialist

What will you do?


* Customer First


* Act as ambassador of our customers; Listen to customers voice, identify their pain points and elevate their experience


* Responsible as the main PIC for customer satisfaction indicators (NSS, NPS, Net Sentiment)


* Work with touchpoint owners to maintain/improve customer satisfaction in the 6 critical touchpoints (select offer, get quotation, get delivered, execute project, technical support, failure support)


* Focus on VIP customers, country SATA accounts, and C&SP segment customers to support business impact

Continuous Improvement


* Continue the journey of VIP connection/engagement, create Customer Journey Mapping and address any pain points with CI projects whenever possible.


* Drive the Lean Office projects, connect with Lean Office PIC, to get trained and certified.


* Coordinate and support Continuous Improvement projects using any CI tools (Lean, Kaikaku, 6Sigma, Kaizen, A3, etc.), also to support the Unify Journey2Readiness Phase.


* Find opportunities for high impact CI projects (real business value or customer satisfaction)

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Graduate with any major (Business, Math, Management, Engineering)


* Able to collaborate well between external customer, internal stakeholder


* Excellent communication and innitiative person


* Interest with business process (people, produc and event)


* Willing to be placed at Cilandak
