Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech (JJMT) is searching for the best talent to join our team as the Director, Employee & Culture Communications to lead the global internal communication strategy for the MedTech sector.

This role will be hybrid with a preferred location of New Brunswick, NJ.

Consideration will be given to the Jacksonville, FL; Irvine, CA; Santa Clara, CA offices.

This leader is responsible for crafting impactful communications, initiatives and events that engage our employees, activate culture, provide clarity during times of change, solve challenges and drive business results.

The candidate will be a strategic thinker, strong writer and creative storyteller who will partner with leaders across the MedTech organization and at the enterprise level to inspire teams, craft internal messaging, and strengthen our culture.

They’ll build and manage high-impact communication programs, lead all aspects of internal channels that inform, educate and empower employees, and serve as a trusted advisor during major organizational changes.

Additionally, they will collaborate closely with HR to promote a learning, inclusive, and caring culture, and increase employee engagement.

Key responsibilities:


* Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy for the MedTech sector, promoting business priorities, organizational culture, and company values.


* Serve as direct partner to MedTech HR leadership team; building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders—to support MedTech talent, inclusion, learning and culture priorities; aligning messaging with strategic goals.


* Build engaging digital content and multimedia initiatives to inspire a global workforce, including capturing and crafting stories from across the organization.


* Lead all aspects of the MedTech internal channel ecosystem, including leadership forums, global employee newsletters, and digital platforms designed to engage leaders and employees.
