Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Sr Manager, Operational Excellence – Shockwave to join our team located in Santa Clara, CA.

Ready to join a team that’s pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease.

Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview

Shockwave Medial is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence, Strategic Culture and Capability Management for the Global Operations and IT Organization.  This role is based in Santa Clara, California and will support Global Operations and IT.  As a lead, you will provide strategic direction and execution of the Capability building, Communication, Change Management, Culture and Engagement of the Global and regional teams.   The areas of responsibilities will be focused on overall efficiency, effectiveness, and performance:


* Functional Capability Management: Design and deliver programs to build employee skills that will enable the execution of the Global Strategy.


* Internal Communication and Change Management: focus on messaging, cascading and alignment of the Global strategy at all levels of the organization.  This communication will keep employees focused, engaged and informed while helping the teams navigate change through transformation.   


* OpEx Culture: focus on the development, deploying, coaching and performance tracking of the ideal Key Behavior to achieve the desired results for our business.
