What you will do

The Transportation Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of transportation lanes ensuring consistent product availability and the highest levels of customer experience.

Including scheduling and routing shipments, analyzing transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs, verifying purchase order and bill information, monitoring orders from start to finish, coordinating with carriers, preparing for carrier contract negotiations, and collecting data for monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of transportation lanes within the Kenvue network and ensure optimal service, including tactical issues, on an exception basis.

• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective transportation operations

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve transportation processes

• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance transportation efficiency and reduce environmental impact

• Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

• Collaborate with carriers to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with service agreements

• Monitor carrier performance and implement programs to improve service quality

• Prepare and distribute reports on transportation metrics and performance

• Assist with the development of transportation budgets and forecasts

• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of products

• Research and evaluate new transportation technologies and methods
