Flexo Board Press Operator (Night Shift | $1,500 Bonus)
Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $21.05/hour and up (based on experience)
Night Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for all hours worked after 6:00 PM
Schedule: 2-2-3 Night Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Training on day shift for approximately 8 weeks

About the Role
As a Flexo Board Press Operator, you'll produce high-quality flexographic printed board for our plate production line.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do


* Set up and operate flexo printing presses


* Load printing sleeves, cylinders, and roll stock


* Mix and adjust inks using the NovaFlow system


* Monitor color using spectro densitometers


* Adjust tension, color stations, and dryers as needed


* Safely clear jams and maintain equipment


* Track materials, waste, and production data


* Follow GMP/SQF guidelines and safety protocols


* Participate in equipment care and reliability programs


* Train and support new team members

What We're Looking For


* High school diploma or GED


* Basic math, reading, and communication skills


* Good color matching and attention to detail


* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn


* Team-oriented and safety-focused
