* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline field, preferably Mechanical or Robotics Engineering


* 5 years' experience in automation in a manufacturing or production environment


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience working with automation in a manufacturing environment.


* Strong analytical and organizational skills.


* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


* Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization


* Strong FANUC Teach/Touch Pendant programming experience.


* Strong experience with electrical systems.


* Experience with 3D Modeling and Printing.


* Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design).


* Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.


* Ability to maintain technical documentation.


* Ability to train and lead junior and entry-level engineers


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and developers, to ensure successful project execution
