Americas Communication and Process Specialist

Job Purpose:

Develop and administer communication plans and processes to positively and accurately represent company's / service line’s operations, merits, products, services, and image to targeted audiences in line with business objective, stakeholder requirements and Global guidelines & policies.

Coordinate and support the accurate harmonized description and maintenance of HRS operational processes, instructions, procedures and or applications.

As well as making sure to keep processes aligned with Global guidelines and standards.

Support VP in preparing meetings and activities, coordinating the meetings and presentations, creating, and facilitating communication strategies, meetings, offsites, townhalls and other activities within the regional teams, tailoring the Global communication strategy to the Americas.

Your Tasks:

COMMUNICATION



* Create and implement comprehensive communication plans for internal and external audiences in a precise and effective manner, including, but not limited to, writing, editing, obtaining approvals, and partnering with relevant stakeholders.


* Ensure communications positively and accurately, represent the company's service line’s operations, merits, products, services, and image to targeted audiences.

All in line with business objectives, stakeholder requirements and Group guidelines & policies


* Collaborate with internal and global teams to solidify comprehensive, strategic and appealing communication plans for internal and external audiences / stakeholders.


* Support the internal marketing of HRS and its value add on a regional, as well as on a country level.


* Manage and publish content using Content Management Systems and other appropriate channels such as Email, Newsletters, and Social Walls, ensuring high-quality editing and


* writing standards, and creating appealing graphics and visuals to enhance articles and


* communications.


* Present material in writing, through graphic presentations, and other communications media.


* Develop and formulate content for regular channels, such as newsletters, e-mail bulletins, townhalls, etc…, as required.


* Consolidate and implement plans for modifications, improvements and new communication processes, systems, standards and policies, etc...
