* Minimum of 3 years of supervision in a manufacturing environment.


* Minimum of 3 years of Lean Manufacturing practices.


* Strong leadership and team building skills.


* Ability to learn how to read blueprints and use measuring tools


* Ability to read and interpret production orders, safety, operating, maintenance and procedure manuals


* Must work a full-time schedule and overtime as required


* Must have problem solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work with others


* Advanced computer skills

Schedule Requirements:


* 12 Hour Shift (Days)


* 6pm-6am


* Rotating Shift 3-2-2 (Work every other Fri, Sat & Sun)
+ Example:
o Work: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
o Off: Monday & Tuesday
o Work: Wednesday & Thursday
o Off: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
o Work: Monday & Tuesday
o Off: Wednesday & Thursday

Fundamental Duties:


* Provides a safe work environment and ensures all safety and environmental policies are being followed.


* Establishment, implementation and adherence of all departmental policies and procedures and addresses any non-compliance issues immediately.


* Oversees the implementation and adherence of procedures, goals and objectives within the department.


* Establishes daily, weekly, monthly production targets production planning provides via SIOP.


* Collects and maintains data and metrics on daily management boards and provides manufacturing manager with corrective act...
