* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field


* Minimum of 5 years' experience with preventive Quality Systems or relative military experience.


* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory level experience over seeing Quality Systems


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Requirements:


* Minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing environment or combination of relevant military experience.


* Preferred ASQ Certifications: CQE, CQM, CRE or CSSBB


* Minimum of 2 years working with NADCAP requirements


* Minimum of 5 years of supervisory level experience over seeing Quality Systems


* Knowledge of Aerospace product/process specification requirements (AMS, ASTM, etc.)


* Experience in product and process failure analysis and an understanding of quality principles (SPC, TQM, MRB etc.)
