Operations Coordinator to join our CAR-T Operations team located in Raritan, NJ.    

Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week

The Senior Operations Coordinator plays a vital part in the essential journey of bringing medicines to patients by providing critical administrative support to the team responsible for operations.

You will be the driving force that keeps the office running smoothly, handling all support activities, time keeper management, and office logistics that enable the team to focus on their core responsibilities. 

The ideal candidate will thrive in a matrixed environment, engaging effectively with both Johnson & Johnson and our collaboration partner, Legend Biotech.

Responsibilities:


* Manage business calendars with strong prioritization and daily time management.


* Support local office logistics, including coordinating site visits, assisting in onboarding new staff and facilitating departmental meetings, both in-person and virtual.


* Interact with various levels of management while handling confidential documents with discretion.


* Serve as departmental key user for timekeeping system, supporting error correction and system issues, in addition to representing the business in any changes being made to the system. 


* Solve complex problems using independent judgment and initiative.


* Oversee SharePoint, document storage, and organization of relevant files.


* Assist with team projects and initiatives, including communications and presentations.


* Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information effectively.
