We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Procurement - Biologics Category for our Global Innovative Medicine (IM) Supply Chain Procurement team! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey.

Alternate hybrid locations may be considered in Zug, Switzerland or Cork, Ireland.

Procurement is a key enabler in driving and supporting Johnson & Johnson’s growth.

As part of Procurement organization, the Senior Manager is responsible for driving and/or supporting all aspects of spend performance such as reliability, innovation, costs, supply network readiness, and corporate citizenship goals, while collaborating with the wider procurement and supply chain community.

The Biologics Category Senior Manager is responsible for the global procurement of Complex Biologics (including resins) which are used in Large Molecule Drug Substance (DS) Manufacturing across our network.

The Senior Manager will lead the process and governance required to ensure Biologics material resiliency of our R&D pipeline.

They will also develop and manage strong relationships with key suppliers, the sites, and the technical teams to improve supplier reliability and value creation.
