Senior Production planners are responsible for all aspects of the weekly schedule for the product portfolio.

Presenting status, projecting inventory position, and updating customers and suppliers of changes to forecast are integral parts of the role.

Planners run scenarios and build tools to advise business partners and senior level leaders of relevant data

Key Responsibilities:


* Plans, schedules and coordinates production resources for a range of NPI products and/or product with high complexity and/or number to meet the Master Production Schedule and/or customer orders.


* Resolves manufacturing resource and material availability issues affecting schedule.


* Generates Work Orders and allocate associated materials.


* Prepare weekly schedules align with MPS plan


* Communicate production priorities and follow up as needed


* Support production team to meet Schedule Attainment Target


* Ensure Planning Parameters are reviewed every quarter (ex.

Leadtime, Safety Stock, Lot size)


* Utilize KPIs such as Net Requirement Plan Attainment (NRP-A), constrained Master Production Schedule Attainment (cMPS-A), WIP Entitlement, Safety Stock Attainment, On Time In Full (OTIF) in order to provide business insights, opportunities and risk through the E2E supply chain.


* Optimize inventory to meet BP targets / Service Targets


* Review “Excess & Obsolete (E&O) quarterly
