Job Description:

The Finance Director, Heart-Recovery, Asia-Pacific will be instrumental in supporting Johnson & Johnson’s growth within the diverse and expanding healthcare landscape of the region.

This leadership role requires an agile, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of regional healthcare markets, regulatory environments, and go-to-market strategies for new markets such as China.  This senior finance leader will work closely with the head of the Heart Recovery business in Asia-Pacific and support a business with FY sales of ~$100M and assume responsibility for a current team of ~8 finance professionals.

The role is focused on driving business performance, offering thought leadership, and applying analytical frameworks to enhance the financial performance of the business.

As a people leader, you will be responsible for talent development, organizational design and hiring, coaching, and fostering a culture of impact and accountability.

Success in this role requires a high level of integrity, strategic leadership, effective communication, sound business acumen, and a demonstrated track record in developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, aligning with the global Heart Recovery strategy and local market requirements.


* Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and guidance.


* Support go-to-market strategies for markets including financial considerations, local compliance, reimbursement policies, and healthcare provider engagement.


* Provide financial insights to optimize market entry, product launch strategies, and growth initiatives in a complex regulatory landscape.


* Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, regional financial standards, and Johnson & Johnson's internal policies.


* Oversee regional financial reporting, audit processes, and internal controls, with attention to local compliance requirements.


* Collaborate closely with commercial teams to drive pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
