The Role

As the Supply Chain Procurement Manager for Chemicals, you will be responsible for a portfolio of global chemical suppliers within Johnson & Johnson Medical Technologies.

This multifaceted role requires critical thinking, cross-functional teamwork, and a passion for driving value through innovative sourcing.

Located in Raritan, NJ, you will develop and complete procurement strategies, ensuring quality, service, cost, and compliance.

Sourcing


* Lead or support sourcing initiatives to identify the right supplier partners, Influence decisions, delivering ongoing value improvements while driving competitive advantage.


* Develop spend analysis and bring together market intelligence in alignment with business goals.


* Identify emerging needs within a specific area of focus and develop the vision, strategy and implementation plan that will optimally meet the long-range requirements of the business partners and deliver the maximum value for J&J


* Develop and lead price and cost initiatives; Prepare and complete RFQs for medium to high complexity sourcing decisions; Conduct negotiations with suppliers.


* Collaborate with supplier leadership to assure alignment of J&J’s objectives are met, including quality, reliability, innovation, and cost
