The Project Manager is accountable for the performance of assigned projects on the Norderstedt site, leading projects thru our standard Project management standards FPX (Flawless Project Execution) and IDEA (ideation, definition, execution and assessment phases).

The major activities of the project manager are: driving innovation to ensure safety and appropriate quality, translate the need of our internal clients in a technical solution, utilizing learning adoption internally and externally, coordinate and align a team of internal and external project members, ensure that our standards and agency regulations are followed.

The best candidate for this role has experience of leading end to end capital projects.

They have good communication skills and knowledge of process engineering, HVAC and E&I.

Knowledge of medical devices is preferable.

You are eager to learn continuously and like to work with many colleagues and partners across other functional areas who are involved in your projects.

Making good relationships and align team members is something that gives you energy.

Key responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop project plans, defining scope, objectives, resources, and timelines.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating collaboration and communication among team members.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial constraints.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.
