? What You'll Do as a Maintenance Assistant

If you love fixing things, keeping spaces safe and functional, and being the go-to person for "Hey, can you help with this?"—this role is for you!

Your mission:


* Keep our facility in tip-top shape—inside and out


* Perform routine maintenance tasks (light plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)


* Respond to repair requests with a smile and a can-do attitude


* Help ensure safety standards are met throughout the building


* Support a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff

* A hands-on problem solver with basic maintenance skills


* Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Previous maintenance experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus
