1.

Content Management


* Support product listing execution to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and speed to market across e-commerce platforms.


* Maintain and update product listing images, check pricing, and promotional content across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).


* Ensure content accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines and commercial plans.

Purchase Order (PO) Management


* Process daily POs accurately and in a timely manner.


* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure PO alignment with campaign timelines and inventory.


* Troubleshoot and resolve PO-related issues with supply chain & logistic teams.

3.

Claim Accrual & Submission


* Track and manage claim accruals for trade and marketing activities.


* Prepare and submit claims with supporting documentation in accordance with internal policies and timelines.


* Liaise with finance and commercial teams to ensure proper claim validation and approvals.

4.

Reporting & Reconciliation


* Support monthly reporting on sales, content accuracy, PO status, and claim tracking.


* Reconcile campaign budgets, claims, and actual spend to ensure financial accuracy.


* Identify and escalate discrepancies or execution gaps for resolution.
