Executive Protection Field Agent
Who We Are Looking For:
A n experienced Executive Protection Agent who operates on one of our exclusive teams wherein you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the detail and the implementation of protective strategies, policies, and procedures.
The lead agent would hold the point position in the eyes of the client as the trusted, senior agent in charge of their security.
Being proactive and possessing good communication skills are a must have for this dynamic role.

What You Will Work On :
* Ensure the overall safety and security of Protectees and key representatives/employees Providing Secure Transportation Operations and advance work for Protectees .
* Effectively build relationships and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
* Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays)
* Travel with client both domestically and internationally.
* Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats.
* Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities to key personnel.
* Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Bring:
* 5+ years of experience in Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), PSD, or RST
* Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation.
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
* Must Pass:
* Physical readiness Test (PRT) & Meet and Greetprior to offer of employment
* Executive Protection or Residential Security applicable academy or course
* Pre-employmentBackground Investigation (BGI)
* Random drug screenings
* Must Possess:
* CT CCW
* V alid and current Guard Card
* Valid driver's license and expert knowledge of the surrounding areas
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
* LEOSA/HR 218 permit or CCW valid for all 50 states
* Exposed Firearm Permit
* Prior ERT, military, or law enforcement providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation
* Specialized training in incident response, emergency medicine, or crisis management
* Experience in providing Secure Transportation Operations (STO) for clientele in a solo or team capacity
* Current CPR certification - advanced medical experience preferred
* EVOC/Defensive Driver Training
* Completion of an Executive Protection Academy within last 5 years
* Valid and active US Passport
