Role Summary: Area Vice President (AVP)

The Area Vice President (AVP) is a strategic, results-oriented executive responsible for the overall performance and growth of a large, multi-state region within IWG’s U.S.

business.

This high-impact leadership role oversees two critical teams: Partnership Growth Directors, who drive business expansion by securing new location partners, and Area Managers, who lead multi-unit teams focused on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and operational excellence.

The AVP is accountable for driving commercial success meeting and exceeding revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets, while also leading the regional expansion of our flexible workspace footprint.

Through sharp commercial insight, hands-on coaching, and a commitment to execution, the AVP will develop and deploy clear, data-informed business plans that bridge performance gaps and elevate results across the board.

This is a key leadership role within a hybrid work model that demands a blend of operational discipline, sales expertise, and inspirational leadership.
