Project Manager

Project Manager - Electrical & Mechanical (Data Centres & Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid with projects across Midlands & South UK, with UK-wide travel up to 50%.

What you will do:
• Manage projects ranging from £500,000 to £6 million+, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Lead multi-disciplinary projects including medium and low voltage infrastructure, UPS systems, Busbar installations, and cooling solutions.
• Collaborate with Schneider Electric teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.
• Ensure rigorous health & safety standards across all project sites.
• Oversee project financials, from forecasting to performance management.

What you bring:
• Strong experience managing electrical and/or mechanical construction projects, ideally within data centres, healthcare, utilities, renewables, or industrial environments.
• A solid technical background, with an HNC or higher in electrical engineering (PMI or Prince2 certification preferred).
• Confident in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional teams.

Travel: This role involves up to 50% travel to customer sites across the UK (Midlands and South regions preferred base) with occasional overnight stays and potential European travel for factory acceptance tests.
