Brookdale Valencia, a beautiful and spacious Independent Living and Assisted Living community in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our team.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and services, and fostering a positive environment for residents and associates.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational and interpersonal skills, prior leadership experience in senior living or a related field, and must be able to obtain a New Mexico Assisted Living Operator's License upon start date.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
