The Riverside University Health Systems - Behavioral Health Integration department is currently recruiting for bilingual Clinical Therapist I/II positions located in the Riverside County - Desert Region (Indio & Palm Springs).
As a Bilingual Clinical Therapist I/II, the primary responsibility is to provide individualized and family therapy services grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client's unique mental health needs are effectively addressed.
This role involves conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, both initial and ongoing, to accurately determine the appropriate level of care and develop tailored treatment plans.
Utilizing standardized screening tools, the therapist evaluates clients' mental health, substance use, and other psychosocial factors, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's situation.
In addition to routine therapeutic work, the therapist is prepared to respond promptly to crises, implementing safety plans and coordinating with emergency or crisis response teams to manage urgent client needs.
The Bilingual Clinical Therapist I/II is also responsible for maintaining precise and timely documentation that complies with agency policies and regulatory standards, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this position, requiring active coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community partners-to foster a holistic and integrated approach to client treatment.
Through these combined efforts, the therapist contributes to delivering comprehensive mental health services that promote client well-being and recovery.
For this recruitment, some positions are eligible for a 10% DTR differential that is applied to hours worked.
At any time, this differential can be removed.
The Riverside University Health Systems - Behavioral Health department is currently recruiting for multiple Clinical Therapist I/II positions throughout Riverside County - Desert Region.
As positions become available, the recruiter will review applications and refer applicants on an individual basis should they meet the department's requirements.
