Position Overview

Job Description:

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that attracts, retains and motivates top talent for our India operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:


* Developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and procedures that are competitive and compliant with local laws and regulations.


* Conducting salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure pay ranges are aligned with market rates.


* Developing job architecture and grading structures for new and existing positions.


* Managing the performance and delivery of the compensation and benefits team.


* Leading and managing the annual performance management cycle.


* Developing short-term and long-term incentive program.


* Creating best-in-class benefits portfolio.


* Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure the accurate administration of payroll, benefits, and equity programs.


* Creating and delivering compensation training for managers and employees.


* Developing and implementing employee communication strategies to ensure that our employees understand and appreciate the value of their total compensation package.


* Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including benefit providers and survey vendors.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, finance, or related field; MBA or master's degree preferred.


* 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits.


* Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in India and US.


* Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in India.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyse data and make recommendations based on data insights.


* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and Legal.


* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.


* Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants.
