COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.
While we strive to provide competitive and transparent compensation, there may be circumstances where an offer is above or outside of the listed range.
We are open to discussing salary expectations with qualified candidates considering factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location will all be considered during the hiring process.

The Director, SPP Operations Policy and Performance Support, provides executive leadership and direction for the policy and performance support functions critical to system operations.
This role ensures the reliability of the Bulk Electric System while maintaining compliance with NERC standards and SSAE-16 requirements.
Key areas of responsibility include reliability coordination, balancing authority administration, operations quality control, operator training, and tools/display management.
The Director also oversees the tactical implementation of corporate initiatives within Operations and works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align department goals with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Operations staff and systems to ensure reliability and mission success.
* Provide technical solutions and engage with SPP members on real-time operational issues.
* Represent Operations on internal committees and support strategic planning efforts.
* Set and implement strategic objectives and tactical processes for Operations functions.
