Position Overview

As the Sales Operations Manager focused on Forecasting, Market Modeling and Pricing you will play a pivotal role in enabling strategic, data-driven decisions during a period of increasing competitive intensity and market evolution.

You support also the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitability, competitiveness, and market.

This position requires strong forecasting capabilities, robust modeling skills, and working on close cross-functional collaboration to anticipate commercial trends and support proactive market strategies.

You will lead revenue and demand forecasting, scenario planning, and competitive readiness modeling across international markets to support business growth and resilience.

Key Responsibilities


* Assist in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical pricing models


* Conduct pricing analysis, including competitive benchmarking and scenario modeling


* Build and maintain pricing dashboards and KPIs to monitor pricing performance and revenue impact


* Partner with Sales, Strategic Accounts and Market Access to support pricing proposals and payer submissions


* Provide analytical support for contract pricing, customer segmentation, and pricing optimization initiatives


* Develop and maintain advanced market models to assess the impact of competitive entries, pricing shifts, product launches and evolving customer behavior.
