General Purpose

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of workplace investigations and managing associated litigation risks for an organization, specifically related to the employee life cycle in human resources.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of employment law and HR practices, coupled with proven experience in conducting and managing complex investigations and pre-litigation matters.

Key responsibilities


* Lead and manage HR workplace investigations team.


* Develop and implement investigative protocols, conduct and oversee sensitive investigations (e.g., harassment, discrimination, retaliation), and ensure fairness, thoroughness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


* Advise and support PACS and HR Business Partners on employment-law related matters, including hiring, performance management, terminations, discrimination, harassment, accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, incentive compensation, benefits (including plan design, implementation, administration and communications), and employee investigations.


* Proactively identify and assess potential risks related to workplace conduct and employment practices, implementing preventative measures and offering guidance to mitigate potential liabilities.
