As a Sr.

Quantitative Analyst within the Chase Auto Data & Analytics team, you will be part of a high-caliber analytics team charged with the responsibility of driving business performance using insightful data analytics and reporting.

The Auto D&A team utilizes data, analytics, visualization, and advanced analytics to drive meaningful impacts for our customers, dealers, and partners.

Job Responsibilities:


* Leverage technical skills to develop SQL code to mine large complex data sets (via Toad, Alteryx, etc.)


* Use critical thinking skills to learn the business process, identify ROE opportunities, and use analytics to develop initiatives to capitalize on those opportunities


* Create analytical or statistical models (e.g., Python) as a solution when a business opportunity is identified


* Harness leadership skills which allow you to work independently, take ownership, and accountability of the projects assigned to you


* Align to evolving business priorities and deliver on strategic solutions that drive successful execution on those priorities


* Design and develop rich visualization dashboards that efficiently summarize performance metrics and KPIs and provide self-serve capability to the end-users in intuitive and meaningful ways


* Coordinate with multiple business partners to ensure that all business needs and projects are appropriately identified, prioritized, and executed.

Manage delivery in agile format


* Provide strategic partnership on executing on data strategy that promotes modern data architecture, governance, and democratization of data access

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or other relevant field and 5 years of relevant work experience.

Advanced degree is preferred.


* Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly communicate solutions/recommendations to end users


* Track record of executing large-scale automation initiatives using data exploration, enrichment, and preparation tools such as Alteryx


* Subject matter expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and ability to identify best practices and uphold highest standards of quality in dashboards and analytical solutions
