As a Product Analyst in Utilities Platform, you work closely with the Product team to provide insights and data to support a product within a function, such as an application, system, or discipline.

Job Responsibilities


* Partner with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements.


* Track and report on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership.


* Support the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities.


* Assist in research and data collection.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 2+ years' experience with baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in a relevant domain area or project management.


* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.


* Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle.


* Understanding of basic analytics tools.
