What you will do

The Enterprise Product Manager is responsible for playing a crucial part in driving the successful vision, roadmap, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Legal Technology solutions.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and a digital expert, you will lead, manage and collaborate with global business teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering seamless and efficient legal operations experiences as well as outcomes that matter for our people.

Key Responsibilities:


* Define vision, goals, and objective for the enterprise legal products


* Co-shape strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery & roadmaps


* Identify opportunities for process simplification, continuous improvement and optimization through Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence


* Ensure governance and demand management processes are in place


* Assess technology needs of the legal operations department


* Research and evaluating the new and emerging legal technologies


* Collaborate with technical and external partners in requirements analysis and design


* Manage design, development, testing, and implementation of legal technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery


* Build and maintain integrations in alignment with Enterprise standards


* Ensure sustainable support models are implemented, measured and optimized


* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance and business leaders, to understand organizational needs and drive legal technology initiatives accordingly
