* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field such as mechanical or manufacturing engineering from an accredited institution.


* 2 years of engineering or operations experience in a manufacturing environment.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Strong foundation in engineering principles, including manufacturing processes, product design, ergonomics, and quality control.


* Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.


* Proficient in statistical analysis tools or other analytical techniques.


* Able to effectively communicate technical information to various audiences, verbally and in writing.


* Able to collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and professionals on projects.


* Experience managing and executing capital projects.


* Previous experience in Industrial Engineering .


* A high degree of interpersonal skills to motivate and influence others, including those not under their direct supervision.


* Experience with work design and work balancing .


* Able to perform time studies, document procedures and create standards.
