* Bachelor's degree in engineering


* 5 years of experience in a technical customer facing role


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus in metallurgy or mechanical design


* Exceptional written/oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills


* Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs


* Analytically oriented and able to effectively problem solve and deliver on objectives


* Proven experience with customer relationship building & business development activity is desired


* Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple large projects and interact with all organization levels


* Finite element analysis software - CAD software will be a plus


* Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and related computer skills

Additional Requirements


* Must be able to travel up to 25%, including local, domestic, and intercontinental travel


* Must be able to work extended hours as needed to communicate with global teams and customers


* This is a hybrid position based in Torrance, California with 2-3 remote days depending on business needs
