Responsibilities:


* Maintain and update resident medical records accurately and timely


* File, organize, and protect confidential health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

* Prepare records for audits, transfers, or legal requests as needed


* Perform clerical tasks to support the medical records department

Qualifications:


* Previous experience in medical records or healthcare administration preferred
