Facility Administrator & Financial Analyst

WHAT AWAITS YOU.
* Supports VDC Financial steering, forecast and budget, financial reconciliations, accruals.
Assists with budgetary and forecast planning and supports the VDC Manager as required with all other administrative duties.
* Tracks, analyzes and reports on operational costs.
Leads team members to achieve maximum efficiency and cost control.
* Handles purchasing processes including creating purchase requisitions, purchase orders, performing goods receipts, and communicating with vendors.
Reconciles all billing/invoicing for facility purchases and services.
* Leads discussions for purchasing with account managers, directs vendors on invoice reconciliation process, and manages local accounts to procure operational equipment and supplies.
* Formulates proposals for cost effectiveness with vendor contracts and maintenance initiatives.
Reviews scope of contracts, monitors delivery, facilitates vendor review meetings, and acts as a liaison for vendor contracts.
* Responsible for support functions regarding communication, time administration, employee concerns, and interdepartmental contact.
Handles confidential information and safeguards privacy.
* Applies procedures and local policies for activities such as payroll, procurement/payment, records maintenance, and other VDC associated internal operations.
* Coordinates onboarding activities for service vendors and contract workforce associates.
Supports orientation for local onboarding of new VDC associates.
Proactively troubleshoots problems and works to resolve conflict.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (at least 4years as administrative or operations experience, i.e, Performance Reporting (KPIs), Purchasing and Accounts Payable Procedures, General Clerical Duties, Health and Safety Administration, Training Compliance, Budget Preparation /Tracking, Distribution Logistics Environment, office environment.) • Leadership Training, BMW preferred
* 1 year Accounting and Finance experience, for example P Card reconciliation, invoices, PR to PO creation
* 1-year Minimum Payroll experience, entry and tracking, error resolution
* 1- years Vendor / Account Management experience
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint specific proficiency
* Organization, excellent written and verbal skills, ability to communicate professionally.
